Version 9.0 of the Outlook client is available to use against version 9.0 organisations and this supports offline working.
Version 8.0 of the Outlook client can be used against version 9.0 organisations but this does not support offline working.
I have seen the version 9.0 client successfully deployed on a Windows Server 2012 R2 terminal server.

Version 9.0 of Dynamics 365 (only available for Online at the time of writing) introduced multi-select option sets. Many blog articles have described the features and information for developers is available here.
One thing that I noticed recently is the way selected values are shown in forms and lists is not sorted alphabetically but instead the order is based on the numerical value of the the selected options.
