Voice of the Customer

Voice of the Customer is a preferred solution which means that it can be installed from within Office 365.

The solution was released as a preview feature for CRM Online 2016 Update and came out of preview in CRM Online 2016 Update 0.1.

In this feature you can design and send surveys from within CRM. This feature uses Azure.
