Business Rules Enhancements

Business Rules were first introduced in CRM 2013 to provide a "no-code" way of controlling form behaviour. They have been enhanced in CRM 2015:

  • to allow for AND/OR operators (this removes the need for multiple rules)
  • setting default values
  • multiple Else/If conditions
  • execute on server (effectively designing a synchronous workflow)
