The CRM Client for Outlook adds the following address books to Outlook:
- CRM Accounts
- CRM Contacts
- CRM Facilities/Equipment
- CRM Leads
- CRM Queues
- CRM Users
A user can configure which records are available in the address books in Set Personal Options|Address Book.
For Contacts a user can choose all contacts to appear in the address book or only the contacts that have been synchronized to Outlook.
For all other records the choices are to synchronize none, all records owned by the user or all records.
Only records that have an e-mail address will appear in the CRM address books.
