The downloadable installation files for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 are slipstreamed with Update Rollup 6. Somewhere it was stated that the files will not be updated to include UR13.
Windows Server 2012
UR13 includes support for Windows Server 2012. However, this is provided by way of updates to the setup files during installation (self-healing setup fix). The setup fix files are published on Microsoft Update. This article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2434455 describes how to obtain the setup updates for use where Internet access is not available. When installing without access to the Internet you must specify the /config switch to point to the location of the setup fix files.
Windows Server 2012 includes ADFS 2.1. Additional steps are required to configure CRM for ADFS 2.1 which are not required for ADFS 2.0. These are described in the Implementation Guide.
Upgrading a Windows Server 2008 R2 server with CRM installed to Windows Server 2012
It is supported to upgrade a Windows Server 2008 R2 server to Windows Server 2012 but additional steps are required after the upgrade. These are described in the Implementation Guide.
