The updates to CRM released in May 2014 (known as the “Leo” release) bring many new features. Here is a list (not necessarily exhaustive):
- Enhancements to Service Management with many new entities
- Can merge cases
- Hierarchical linking of cases in case forms
- Status transitions for Case and custom entities
- Private Queues
- New calendar types for service
- OR clauses in Workflow conditions
- Export a solution for version 6.0 (CRM 2013 no SP) or 6.1 (CRM 2013 SP1) when exporting a solution; use this to target the appropriate version
- Number of items in the command bar increased from 5 to 7

- Duplicate detection when working with records
- Server Side Synchronization with Exchange Online
- Server-based (server-to-server authentication) SharePoint integration with CRM Online only
- Enterprise licensing plan for CRM Online (includes Microsoft Social Listening, Unified Service Desk and Microsoft Dynamics Marketing)
- Package Deployer tool to bundle multiple solutions and configuration data
- CRM for Tablets now supports Android (4.2 and 4.3)
